AccuFacts EAC
Large organizations have multiple divisions/departments with in their company and each of this division/department generally work independently of the other division or department in providing services to their customer either internal or external. Also it is very common that these divisions/departments use different IT Service Management products/tools that cannot talk to each other. Given this scenario there is no direct way for an executives to analyze how services are being performed across these different divisions/departments, without building their own custom application to integrate all these disparate systems in all their divisions/departments. In absence of such complex applications, companies depend on manual, time consuming and error prone reporting.
AccuFacts EAC (Executive Analytics Center) has a unique multi-tenant architecture, that facilities reporting across disparate IT Service Management systems that exist within an enterprise. Based on the granularity of the reports needed for a company, required data is loaded from the disparate systems into AccuFacts EAC. Now reporting can be done at either the individual system level or across all the systems. These reports can also be published to the dashboard as needed. The whole federated reporting process can be automated end to end and based on the frequency of data loads federated reporting can be made near real time.
AccuFacts EAC is very easy to administer and extensible to feed new system data into the tool.
