All TurnKey ISD products are tightly coupled with a highly customizable reporting product which enables users can not only create customizable Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Operational Metric (OM) reports from Canned reports, but can also create customizable multi-dimensional, Tabular and Graphical reports from scratch. Graphical report formats include line, Pie, Area, Stacked Bar/Area, Threshold and Overlay formats while non-graphical report format include Word, Excel, Comma separated, Text, Html and Xml formats. Once generated the reports are stored in the repository and are available to publish to dashboard and also available for users to view and download without generating the reports again. All Users would be able to see public reports apart from any privately owned reports. Access to confidential reports is available by authorized subscription only. Frequently and commonly used reports are cached to improve performance.
