TurnKey ISD’s Change Management is an ITIL compliant technology solution that facilitates raising and recording of changes, assessing the impact, cost, benefit and risk of proposed changes, developing business justification and obtaining approval, managing and co-coordinating change implementation, monitoring and reporting on implementation, reviewing and closing RFCs. It also aids in the communication and collaboration between Change Initiators, Change Managers, Change Approvers and Change Implementers. It is highly flexible enough to customize the Change workflows to suit an organizations change processes, allow Approval delegates and Overrides along with enforce segregation of duties. Finally the solution is intuitive to use and have good integration capabilities and traceability features.

Configurable Workflow

TurnKey ISD allows customers to configure the workflow. Different kinds of workflows with different stages can be setup for different purposes to suit organization's unique change requirements. For example, high priority emergency change can have Start, Review, Production phases where as high priority major change may have other stages like Build and Test. In addition to predefined stages customers can define their own new stages. Stage level options can also be setup like all major changes require apprivals by Change Advisory Board (CAB), in addition to the customizable changes as required by the business process or change processes with in the organization.
